Useless

<p>Clicks Oakfield's centre in Benoni was absolutely useless. From waiting In Line for half an hour for prescriptions then being refused service and told that that specific counter does not deal with prescriptions after that counter has just served a customer for prescriptions. This is utterly unacceptable. Standard procedures should be in place and adhered to. Ubortunatley this has diminished my view on all Clicks stores now. Mine was not the only complaint today at that specific branch</p>
