Used products getting sold on shelves.

I bought Elizabeth Annes cornstarch powder only to get home to see that the powder bottle is half. Why are already opened products on the shelf in the first place. I'm deeply dissapointed because now I have to drive out more money's fuel just to rectify this and it's not right Clicks N1 City. Please could this matter be taken seriously it's not right its unfair and wrong towards loyal customers.
