Used product sold as new

I purchased a Dyson Airwrap from the Clicks Online Store on 19 October 2022. I collected the product today, 22 October 2022 and it was used. The accessories had somebody else's hair on them! Absolutely disgusted and will not trust or recommend Clicks products.
