us and them

<p>I went to collect my mom's script at Cavendish on Saturday. It was loaded at KC on 04Sept16 and I was assured that I can go to ANY Clicks give my club card and all will work like a dream but oh what a nightmare. I was asked the patient details about 5 times - I stood waiting for 20mins (no apology in between) only to be told that THEY (this guys colleagues) at KC are at fault and he can't get through to them on the phone because they NEVER answer. </p> <p>My 1st point to him: If all of them work for Clicks why is it them and us</p> <p>2nd point: Never speak down on your colleagues</p> <p>3rd point: No apology was made while I was waiting.</p> <p>My observation: He wanted me to go to KC to sort it out but didn't have the guts to tell me.</p> <p>He's superior stood next to him and just looked at me like I was imcompetent and not the Clicks system.</p> <p>I went to KC and the info was loaded on their side BUT</p> <p>I requested my script back and will be taking my business elsewhere.</p> <p>I will avoid using their overprices pharmacy and store as far possible as I can.</p>
