I want to express disappointment with the service I have received regarding my recent order. I placed an order for **GNC Collagen** and **Potassium & Magnesium Aspartate Capsules**, but the items I received were incorrect.

I attempted to resolve this issue by contacting your support team via email, where I received an initial response from **Jamierodien Bam**. However, despite my follow-up, I never received any further communication or resolution. I also reached out through your official **X (Twitter) page**, where I was informed that someone would be in touch with me, yet I have received no response. Additionally, multiple attempts to contact **customer care support** have gone unanswered.
