UPSET

I made a booking online for my baby to see a sister for a six weeks visit at the clinic ,got a call and sms to confirm my booking for 12pm .Saturday we went there and the sister was not there. We drove al the way from Daveyton ,wasted our time and petrol .I find this very unprofessional and unfair for loyal clients .I feel we should have been contacted and told the sister will not be in just like they called us to confirm the booking
