UP YOUR GAME CLICKS BEACON BAY

I booked for my vitality health check up on the Discovery website which was so easy and cool. A bit of a relief at the prospect of not standing in a queue at the pharmacy during covid time. There were only 3 options of where to go. Sadly my normal pharmacy was not listed (Berea) but for ease of convenience, I decided to book at Clicks Beacon Bay.

The booking was very well managed by the Discovery website, confirming the time and sending a reminder. However when I arrived at Clicks Beacon Bay, I was told by the manager that the clinic was closed because the clinic nurse had not arrived. Given that this is a Saturday morning (my day off work) and I had taken the time to drive there etc. I was not happy. He went off to ask the pharmacist where the clinic nurse was, only to find out that she had not arrived. My appointment was at 11h30. Surely I could have been called? My husband's appointment was at 12h00. They called at 12h10 to cancel the appointment. Not good enough Clicks Beacon Bay.
