On Friday afternoon 17:00 I went to Clicks Atterbury Value Mart to buy medicine for my child.. As I have a friend that is a Doctor that gave me advice on what over the counter medicine to ask for, I asked for Pectrolyte and Kantrexill Flagel which is a antibiotic. After waiting for about 5 min with no one to assist me at the medicine counter a lady called me over with Can I help you.. Not even greeting me as a client. I asked her for the mentioned and she told me I could not get antibiotics as I have no prescription. I then asked her if there is no suchlike alternative meds.. In a very unpathetic way she just told me No you need a prescription. After I received the Pectrolyte I still greeted her good bye enjoy you afternoon, not even getting a goodbye in change.. Ms Lesego is not a assit to your company and have no value for customers. I will never go back to Clicks after being a client for more than 10 years..
