Untrained Staff

<p>I went to get my prescription medication from clicks today and purchased goods as well, when I got to the cashier, she asked me to unpack my own basket. Her name is Solafemelo, I called management and she apologised. Is this how staff are trained at the newtown branch as other clicks branches as well as Dischem Stores do not ask customers to unpack their own baskets. Please train staff properly when hiring. I live near newtown and I will notify everyone in the area not to ever shop there again.</p>
