Untrained pharmacist

I've never had such bad experience with clicks southgate . Wasted my time my petrol fo nothing. I made a call asking if I can send my script for my medication they said yes only to found that I'm talking someone who knows nothing. When I get to click l they refuse to give me my medication telling me the person gave me the wrong information. I thought pharmacist get trained about policies and procedures, I really am going to miss Dischem big time
