Untrained cashiers at Waterstone.

Everytime I go to the Waterstone Village Clicks there is a problem with the cashiers. They dont scan properly, dont use the Club Card points. Again this morning - cashier never scanned the card so I didnt get any points on the purchase or couldnt use the points I had on the card. They need serious training at this branch. It is a repeated problem. And always long ques.
