Unsuccessful Online order

I placed an online order on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, when I attempted to track my order today, I noticed that there is no order number generated, and the items still appear in my basket. Additionally, there has been no reversal of funds into my bank account.

Could you kindly assist in locating my order or advise on the next steps to resolve this issue?
