Unsubscribe from newsletter

Good Day, I have been unsubscribing from the Clicks newsletter everyday since the last few weeks but I constantly get emails and it is quite unpleasant as this is bombarding my mail box. I don't know if the "unsubscribe" button is just there for show? because clearly it is not working. Can I please be removed from the list. I am one of your loyal customers, however this is starting to get to my nerves. PLEASE CORRECT THIS.
