Unsatisfied, product useless and waste of money!!!

So I bought the Clicks made for mom manual silicone breast pump. It does not work at all. So I took it back to swap for a other breast pump, and they refused to exchange it... When the box clearly states "if you are not entirely satisfied with this product, please return it for a full refund, as per our returns/ exchange policy"... I wasted my money on something that doesnt work, so now I must give out extra money to buy something that will work, and what do I do with this one? Use it as an ornament????? Very unhappy client, will not use clicks stores again, and would not recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!!!
