unsatisfied customer

so i bought some toileteries online thinking that they will be delivered same day not knowing that it will take up too 2-3 working days now i have check my order its split into 2 how convenient is that am so ****ed that i wont be able to get my toiletries in time why split my order into 2 i cant be going to your stores collecting my orders this is ridiculous it was my first time using your online store and the service wasnt pleasant even your staff at carlton centre are rude made me wait didnt even explain to me anything just said i will have to work 2-3 working days only if i knew could have just went to the store and bought my staff and got them same day this is so wrong your customer service just went down will never trust any clicks store i want to cancel i cant even cancel this order since i no longer want your things you guys can keep it and just give me my money back why buy online if my things will be split into 2 you should make our lives easier but you making it hard
