Unsatisfactory service

On Wednesday I went to collect my medicine which I have been doing monthly the past couple of Months Only to be given the incorrect medicine. I had such side effects and only realised something was up by Saturday. The pharmacist did apologise but isn’t it ridiculous that they don’t know the difference between Glucaphage 1000mg and XR 1000mg. Scary so please double check your medicine before leaving the pharmacy. It could cost you your money and time… never mind your health. I will certainly be making sure going forward as well requesting original package!!
