Unsatisfactory My natural hair products.

I'll direct this complaint to clicks since I buy all my toiletries and more precisely, My natural hair products there. I have been using My Natural Hair shampoo, butter and conditioner since sometime last year and have been raving about them to everyone on how good the products are to my hair. However, my last purchase of the conditioner and hair butter isn't at all the same in consistency as my last one ( I know because I've compared from the last bit of product I had left). My hair does not feel the same after trying the new products out, they seem watered down or less rich. I suspect they may have maybe reached their sell by date even though it doesn't state so on the bottle(s)?

I was planning to get the full range at the end of the month but am now very skeptical to do so as I do not want to damage my hair. I'm not even sure if I'm going to purchase these products eveer again.
