Unsanitary service rendered and clinical protocols not adhered to

Absolutley horrified at the treatment my son and his friend receieved at Blueberry Square. We booked appointments for the Pfizer vaccine. The nurse arrived an hour late, because she was on lunch. She eventually arrived with messed food all over herself and proceeded to only then fill each syringe, roughly 10.

She did not allow the boys to wait for the 15 minute observation times. In addition she was extemely rough with both boys. Nothing was explained regarding what to expect post vaccine.

Im addition she refused to put gloves on.

Not only were basic health and safety rules not adhered to, with regards to: 1. Wearing gloves; 2. No monitoring after the vaccinatiob 3. Dirty clothes

This is all.above not apologizing for being over an hour late for an appointment.

In addition both boys have bruised and she was extremely rough with them.

I expect this to be dealt with in accordance with the severity of the matter.

Totally unacceptable behaviour.
