Unresponsive website and poor page links
I wanted to shop on Clicks's website but their display is unresponsive. They have a help huge banner that is blocking the whole page and it's so frustrating because you can't even see the products. Clicks needs to ask their developers to build a responsive website that adapts to user's devices. They should also add channels that help report errors on your website and make it easy for clients to reach you for technical support. If user wants to contact the company, the available tools take users to a Q&A page rather than to the contact page. Clicks's developers are assuming all users are going to ask a generic question (which is not the case) so they direct clients to the Q/A page, which increases customer frustration because that's not what they asked for. In this case I wanted to inform Clicks about their malfunctioning website but failed to do so. I had to resort to an independent platform to voice out a technical issue which could have been avoided.
