Unreliable online store

Bought a milex air cooler through their online store on Monday It showed in stock when I paid for it and that delivery would take 2 to 4 working days. By Friday (today) I still didn't hear back from them. Drove to the store Mall@reds ( for the 2nd time btw) and they weren't even aware of my order after I had shown them the invoice which I received on email after paying. The store assistant called their HO and after a long hold and dealing with a very unprofessional guy on the other end of the line I was simply told they cannot fulfill the order because it is out of stock. They are now going to take another additional 7 to 14 days to refund my money. Ridiculous. Tired of the don't-care attitude and bad service in SA!
