Unreliable delivery

<p>So I made an oline order on the 26th of February and still waiting for it.No one can tell me where my delivery is nor when I will receive it.I ordered medication that I needed to take 3 days ago.I am furious.Will never shop at clicks again.I just want a refund but how can I get one if I can not even receive my goods that I already paid for!!!!</p>
