Unreliable customer service

I tried enquiring about an out of stock product which was advertised online. I emailed customer service and decided to call as well afterwards. Spoke to an agent who assured me there'll be more stock. The next day, a different agent emailed back to say the product has been discontinued. I explained the situation and was told they referred my enquiry, it's been almost a week and i am still waiting on a response.
