Unqualified nurse

I am so disappointed with the service that I got at clicks mall of Africa clinic I went there to see there nurce she consulted me and she prescribed something for me to use after seven days of using that medicine my situation was worse when I went back she told me to go and see the doctor after spending my money at there pharmacy I then call their customers service which the matter ended to their area leader which his name is Robert mnisi he told me that I used the medicine incorrect so then he is apologizing for that by giving me 150 rand voucher. So I don't understand on that note of giving me voucher is he agreeing that the nurse gave me wrong meds or what cause if is that the case people are still going to die by given wrong meds at clicks clinic
