Unqualified Beautician

<p>I bought a Essence Mousse at clicks Ranburg , I asked what colour can I use for my skin and they gave me a wrong colour . Whilst I was at home I tested it on my hand and it was a wrong colour . On my way home I went to Clicks in Heathway and they refused to exchange it saying I used it . How will I know it wasnt my Colour if I did not test it and your beautician never test it on me . I cannot drive again to Randburg because of your staff incompetence . If staff were trained on different kinds of skin then there wouldnt be such loss . The Manager at Heathway , Thokozani looked at me and said take it to Randburg . Please take you make up it is not my fault and I am not drviving to Randburg unless clicks pays for my Fuel cost which cost more than the make up itself . Its either you exchange or refund</p>
