Unproffessional and Dangerous, Hazard to Customers

I walked into Clicks after my daughter(18 months) and I went to the doctor. I was still groggy from the jab, so I wanted to get our meds from the Clicks in the same centre so we could fo home and rest. Little did I know that this will be a frustrating 1 hour wait.<br> <br> The assistant first actioned my daughters script of which he did not know anything and asked the fellow pharmacist to assist. After assistance he still got it wrong and put the incorrect labels on the meds.<br> He then went onto my script and again starting questions to his colleagues and again made a royal mess of it. I was reluctant to take the meds as he did not even know what the correct alternatives were. <br> <br> I was patient up untilI snapped at him 45mins in. He then got defensive and put on an attitude as if I am in the wrong. He started addressing me as 'Bra'. Can you get anymore unprofessional and ***********. I told the head pharmacist and he defended the assistant, not once apologizing for thr fact that is now going on for an hour.<br> <br> I understand the need to train people but it must br done in a controlled environment especially when dealing with lives.<br> <br> Utterly disgusted, will never go to Clicks Again!<br> Absolute Idiots
