Unproffesional

I went to Clicks Mamelodi (denlyn) 06/08/2018 with a script. Waited on the queue and the were no pharmacist assisting. After the long wait i joined the self medication queue. When im finally helped after waiting for 20 minutes on that queue , Cornelius tells that he is on lunch n i have to go back to the prescription queue. I have been at Clicks for over 30 minutes amd decided to leave. Totally unproffesional and they dont seem to care. U will rather take my business somewhere else where i will be treated with respect
