Unprofessionalism of HR personnels

Good day

I need an assistance I've left my employer (Clicks Group) on the 10th of January and served the notice till the end of January.

I filled up all forms that are required to claim my Provident funds which are ministered by Alexander Forbes. I've struggled to get help from HR about my claim till they send me the reference number on the 18th of March and asked me to follow up with Alexander Forbes as my claim is in process.

I called Alexander Forbes with the reference number and I was told my HR only logged a claim on the 18th in a system without attaching my claim documents. I then resend the email to my HR regarding the matter and there was no response. Today I'm sending another one it says "out of the office I'll will reply when I get back"

My plan to leave the employment was to go back to school which I've registered but now I will have to cancel the course since I can't pay the due amount by end of this month.

I'm wondering if you guys can help and advice if possible.
