Unprofessionalism and misleading treatment from clicks Westgate

I experienced the worse service ever at clicks Westgate. I was with my girlfriend for family planning n we prefered clicks as our ultimate pharmacy but that has changed since Lerato, the clinic assistant/nurse rudely misinformed us about the difference in the family planning pills. She first wrote on the note tht she gave us trigestrel pills when instead she gave us triphasil. My girlfriend started getting sick then after we realised that it was not the correct pills that she gave us. When we went to enquire about this and get the correct pills she was just rude and stated that all these are the same....... How so because now my girlfriend suffers from short breathe, nausea, being weak and just having headaches that we cannot explain since we started using the incorrect pills. We are very disappointed that such unprofessionalism exists in a health care facility which should consider the health of its patients over and above everything.
