Unprofessional & ********* Conduct

My daughter aged 15 received a prescription from GP for medication for an eye infection and an ingrowing toenail. S4 Fucidin ointment prescribed for ingrowing toenail prescribed by M Kgopane as \Apply to eye twee keer per dag". My daughter app**** this twice yesterday and woke up with a red and swollen eye (have a photo). Yesterday my daughter said when asked if she's OK to use that Pharmacists stated how she must use and also we've never had any issues"
