Unprofessional staff members

Clicks Denlyn mall is the worst in service. They don't deserve even the 1 star that I gave them. Since their pharmacy queue is always too long and the service is always bad, I opted to calling first to check product availability, I phoned 6 times, they hang up on my ear while I'm waiting to be transferred to the pharmacy. Every time I call and ask for the name of the person on the other side, they refuse to give me their names. It's so unprofessional and pathetic, in this pandemic, it would help a lot for us as customers to visit the shops knowing whether they have that product or not. I'm disappointed. Instore, service is horrible and slow, now even their telephone service is the same. How can one get help?
