Unprofessional staff

Dismal service at the Clicks store in La Lucia Mall, KZN. Went there to collect a Pargo pickup. Asked one of the staff there where I can collect my parcel whom told me to collect my parcel at checkout. After waiting in the checkout queue for quite some time, the same staff member thought it was funny that I was in the wrong queue and directed me to customer services at the end of the checkout isle, which wasn't occupied by any staff. I was told to wait for someone. At that point I was completely fed up and walked out. Never got my Pargo parcel thanks to the unprofessional staff.
