Unprofessional service at Clicks Cosmo City Mall Pharmacy

When I went to Clicks Cosmo City Mall to pick up the prescription I had bought for "click and collect" on December 31, 2024, I discovered that there was no ticket station like other Clicks stores, Then I walked to a man who had no name tag and I couldn't tell if he was an assistant or a pharmacist. I informed him I was there to pick up my medication, and I showed him the SMS, but he didn't seem to care. He was haughty and conceited, and he instructed me to wait in line like everyone else, which I did. Unfortunately, the same person without a name tag helped me. When I questioned him how the "click and collect" process works at this specific location, he was incredibly rude. He didn't care or want to elaborate. He didn't act at all like a professional who was employed to help customers. I made public how the employees at the pharmacy at Clicks Cosmo City Mall treat us; they speak to us however they choose, show us no respect at all, and act more like they are giving us a favor.
