Unprofessional, Rude & *********** Manager

Hi Clicks used to be one of my best shops to purchase toiletries, medications and all my kids things i buy at clicks, till i first got assisted by a lady called Marriam Mampa, personally i woukd describe her as a very unprofessional, bitter and unwelcoming lady. She worked at Wonderpark branch and myself and my wife had a very bad experiences with her, we laid a complain agaisnt her then she was moved to Pretoria north branch, unfortunately for us we stopped purchasing at Wonderpark and moved to pta north to find that she is there, got another bad service from her again and again, today was a last straw ended up twlling her she must just take a pension and make space for younger and dedicated person to do her duties. If she is not rude to her fellow colleagues she is ***********. Our items she doesn't ring them all and uses other tellers code to look innocent and claiming that she forgot with a rude tone. We expect better from the clicks employees not what she is giving us. I also have had people complaining about her. She needs to be trained customer service. See my slip attached, she didnt ring my daughters pads only saw them when i got home mind you im like 30min away and i have to drive again to buy items she forgot. Really not happy at all.
