Unprofessional pharmacy and poor PA service and attitude

The most terrible, pathetic, and unprofessional pharmacy service at CLICKS ROSEBANK MALL (Not the Zone). I was standing there at the self-medicarion line ALONE WITH NO Queue. No service for more than 15min (although I can see some female PA staff at the back eating and watching me in an [eye to eye] like asking me to leave. This happened around 15h00 so not lunch break as an excuse.

As an HCP, I am feeling sorry for sick/ill patients seeking help there!

Very unprofessional. I had to go to DisChem when they served me as per normal flow.

Clicks. Really pathetic.
