Unprofessional pharmacist at clicks sunward lifestyle center

Good afternoon today I received a bad service at Clicks pharmacy sunward park lifestyle center from pharmacist Bassie ,I went there to purchase medication using my medical aid she told me I must go and take some medication on shelves with no problem I did when I came back to counter she told me that my medical aid won't pay for this medication without put it on system she said I must go back and get the right one I went again when I came back she said my medical aid doesn't pay ,I said fine I will pay it using cash then I asked for other medication that is behind the counter she did gave me and told me that I don't have funds on my medical I told her it's fine I will use cash ,when I arrived home and check my emails I was surprised that to see the medication that I paid cash for I also received a claim acknowledgement from medical and I still have funds on medical aid
