Unprofessional Pharmacist!

I was at the store buying my monthly cosmetic and hygiene products when I stopped by the pharmacy as usual routine to buy ,I stood in the line waiting for assistance and when my ticket was called I went to the assigned counter wher I as assisted by a pharmacist His name is JAN MAESELA MASOGA who at that time did not even have a name badge on assisted me,I found his name on the stick of the medication ,on my arrival he asked me what I need help on with greeting me firstly. He Loudly asked if a really stood in a queue to buy a small box of Adcodols...He appeared to be really annoyed to assist me and said that next time I should wait in the queue to buy bigger items...I felt deeply embraced as all the other clients were laughing when he said that to me and I felt so belittled...is this the type of services that clicks offers? Am I bot valued like any other customers buy because I buy smaller items? Was he suppose to loudly disclose what I had come to purchase,what if I had a condition that I needed assistance with ?Please tell your staff customer care and professionalism there are other stores that I can shop at.
