Unprofessional

I am so annoyed by the run around I got today. I always collect my pre-packed medication at one of your branches Charlesville Clicks but today I couldn’t due to the ongoing taxi strike, so I called the charlesville branch to ask if that is possible and the lady, I spoke to she was clueless, and I had to raise my tone for her to understand my frustration but still could not help me. So, I decided to go the near branch Clicks Watergate before that I also called them spoke to coloured frost desk lady and she promised a call back if I didn’t think to go there myself, I would have wait until now. She never called me back so, I went there and spoke to the pharmacist and explained the situation so she explained to me that she will first have to call the charlesville branch to cancel it before she can dispense the medication and it was around 16:30pm that time we called them 16:50 and lady called Nabeela or something answered and I explained again what situation I was facing but she was blatantly rude told me that the pharmacists were busy and she will transfer though. In the end because I didn’t want to miss taking my medication because it would affect my health, so I decided to buy cash another pills while clicks had my prescription. My question is why I wasn’t given my medication and the internal team can resolve it internal without costing me? I mean everyone is well aware that there’s taxi strike that is affecting us why must I be given run around
