Unprofessional Conduct Clicks Leaping Frog I am writing to complain about the conduct of the manager at the Clicks Leaping Frog branch I have been a Clicks customer for decades and spend approximately R30,000 per month at your stores, so I was very disappointed by the treatment I received. I attempted to return an item but was refused because the purchase was made at another branch. The Fourways Mall manager called and sent a copy of the receipt to Leaping Frog to confirm the purchase, but the Leaping Frog manager still refused to process the return. He was rude and shouted at me during the interaction. This behaviour is unprofessional and contrary to the service standards I expect from Clicks. I request: -
