Unprofessional client service at Clicks Kroonstad, Cross street 61

I bought toiletries at Clicks in town (Kroonstad) on the 27th of January 2020 and saw that the diapers were on special. When the cashier carged my purchases, I realized that they charged me the normal price. When I brought it under the cashiers attention, he went to collect the promotion disc to check. And he found it just as I told him. He asked his superviser to override. When she came, she was very rude. When I tried to explain, she turned her back on me and walked away. I then asked the cashier to cancel the purchase of the diapers. The cashier called another lady to remove the diapers from the transaction. I asked the lady to speak to the manager and she said that she (Anna) was the manager. I then explained the situation to Anna. The whole time she gave me an attitude and insinuated that I **** about the promotion disc being at the diapers. I felt like she was mocking me and pressing my buttons. She said she did not understand or speak Afrikaans, though I highly doubt that. I have never been so infuriated in my life. Their service was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered.
