Unprofessional - Clicks Long Street (Cape Town)

I stop on a regular basis at Clicks Long Street as it is conveniently located near my place of work. However over the last couple of months I have dreaded making my purchases there as the staff members are unprofessional. Recent occurrence was on Thursday, 24 October 2019. I had quickly gone in to purchase toiletries - I was waiting in the queue and there was only one cashier operating. However the rest of the cashiers were casually standing on one side of the check-out counter and having a social conversation (it was 3-4 cashiers) and none of them assisted me. I had to wait in the queue till cashier was done with customer - there was still 2 customers behind me :(
