Unprofessional and pathetic service

Am really frustrated about clicks I placed an order for 4 items they chose to deliver only 2,they called me yesterday saying they will deliver my items,today I get the message saying my items have been delivered.Am so ****ed as I have supported this organization for years but they taking me for granted
