Unprofessional and no care attitude but more concerned getting back to lunch.

Clicks store in Grassy Park. I was at the make up section looking for a lipstick and at the time the lady who was supposed to help me was on lunch so nobody was available to help. They then called the lady from her lunch but she was in a hurry to get back to her lunch then she said she was going to get someone else to help me but she nevet pitched. There was no eagerness to help me find what i wanted ..the lipstick i wanted was not in stock and she could not for definite tell me when stock arrive. What ever happened to following up or phoning another branch for stock? I stood for 15 min without someone helping me. What happened to advise a client that there are sale items on display..it is useless to be dolled up in make up looking pretty and not doing your job. I was very disappointed. Clicks need to train their staff better..
