Unprofessional and disrespectful treatment to their clients

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE: CORRIE DU PLESSIS: CLICKS PENFORD UITENHAGE EASTERN CAPE I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessional, unacceptable treatment that I got from Me. Corrie du Plessis at Clicks Penford, Uitenhage. On the 12th March 2020 at 18:33 I was standing in the que for OTC medication. Me du Plessis was busy with a customer that was before me. There was also a que at the designated line for prescription medications. After she was done with the customer that was before me in the que I wanted to go to her so she can assist me. But before I could reach her a lady who was in the que for prescriptions jumped in and Me du Plessis started to process her PRESCRIPTION and ignored me when I asked why is she helping that lady and not me. I said to her that there is a pharmacist to assist people in the prescription que. I asked her why she is helping a lady from the prescription que? She shouted at me “WAT SOEK JY?” I answered that I was waiting to be served as I wanted OTC medication. Me du Plessis then shouted again at me “EK WIL NIE BETROKKE RAAK IN JULLE STORIES NIE” and she went on processing that lady’s prescription and ignored me once again! Who is she to talk to me like that and to treat me disrespectful? I wasn’t the one who was wrong by standing in the OTC que and waiting for assistance. “SHE WAS, AS EMPLOYEE, SUPPOSE TO TELL THE OTHER LADY THAT SHE MUST ASSIST ME FIRST” But she then decided to treat me with disrespect!! To be called JY is UNACCEPTABLE. Since when does an employee talk like that to a customer? Me CORRIE DU PLESSIS is definitely NOT COMPLYING with your Group CODE OF CONDUCT wherein it is stipulated that: “1. Corrie du Plessis behave like this. It is her usual attitude!! She is always unfriendly and one normally gets a feeling that she is doing you a favour to help you. I trust that you will follow this up and act accordingly against her. I furthermore expect a written apology from Me. Corrie du Plessis. I am awaiting a urgent response from you.
