Unprofessional and bad service for the click and collect option

I placed an order at Clicks on the 20th of July for collection at the nearest store which is Kwadukuza in Stanger, on their website it says 1-3 working days but even now I still haven't received my order. This is really frustrating and unprofessional because we order online for convenience and because I needed those items urgently. I called their customer care but no one assisted me
