Unprofessional

Went for a flu vaccine at the Albertina branch..was told to to get it from the doctor because I have sinuses..have always had my vaccine at clicks ( yearly) . Have never been told to go to the doctor. I told them I have sinuses of which they never asked me for how long I have had them for or ask to take my temp
