Unpleasant experience with Clicks online shopping.

I was told my parcel is ready at the store whereas only a portion was delivered. It took a lot of phone calls both to the store (who were unhelpful) and the online department for someone to finally inform me about the "apparent" splitting of orders. A clear communication in the email sent (clearly stating my order was split and only a portion was delivered) could have saved me the trouble of going to the store twice. Online purchases are extremely dependent on clear communication and failure to do so is blatant disregard for peoples time. Oh, and it takes 14 days to get your money back for cancelled orders vs. 5 minutes to purchase.
