Unpleasant encounter

Yesterday I visited Campus Square Clicks collect my monthly prescription but was treated very badly. After handing my card to the lady at the pharmacy counter she asked how she may help and I told her about my collection. She left to go get my medication and I picked up my cellphone to read a message that'd just come in. When she returned she put my card down and the cage containing my meds over it and turned to her colleague and began chatting away.
