Unorganized and uninformed staff at Click Claremont vaccination site

I went to go have my COVID vaccination done at Clicks Claremont today 10:30am, when the nurse was due to arrive. And can I just say, they are the most unorganized bunch. There was no one greeting customers at the entrance, none of the staff knew what the process from where to register an appointment to where you must stand to get vaccinated was. I was just told by a staff member to wait in some random isle. We were directed by other customers as to where to go. There were two lots of lines, the one outside the clinic, and one at the entrance. The line outside the clinic were obviously next in line to get their vaccine. The line at the entrance (where I started out at), waited for about an hour before we were told what procedure was. At the same time, you had people coming way after those of us in the line at the entrance, and going straight to the line outside the clinic. All in all the experience took about 2 hours. There seemed to be roughly 10 to 12 people seen in that time…
