Unnecessary plastic usage

When one buys a product from the pharmacist assistants they then wrap it in a plastic bag and put it in a small cage secured with a cable tie. This is ludicrous Clicks! Have you not heard of the platic problem world-wide??? The cable tie goes into the bin the moment the cashier takes the wrapped box of pills or whatever out of the cage. Such a waste of money and terrible for the environment. Wake up for goodness sake!
