Unimpressed with clicks

i have recently had two experiences where clicks advertised sale prices in store and when you go an ring up the products the sales have expired or are not what they were advertised to be, clicks refused to give me the price advertised and wanted to charge me a significantly higher price!. These experiences have left me very unimpressed with clicks pharmacy and have made me turn to various other pharmacies instead. i feel it is very unprofessional to have prices on the shelves that are outdated, i feel that this has made me aware that clicks does not have its customers as priority but rather their profit. To me it is obvious that if that is the price on the shelf for a certain product, that is what the customer should pay!
